المستخلص

تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلي إلقاء الضوء علي متطلبات التنمية المهنية لمعلمي المعاهد الأزهرية في ضوء رؤية مصر 2030، وذلک من خلال التعرف علي أساليبها، وأهدافها، والمعوقات والمشکلات التي تواجهها، وملامح التوجه المصري المستدام للتنمية " رؤية مصر 2030"، والآليات اللازمة لتطوير منظومة التنمية المهنية لمعلمي المعاهد الأزهرية في ضوء رؤية مصر 2030.
وقد استخدمت الدراسة الحالية المنهج الوصفي وذلک لملائمته لطبيعة الدراسة وأهدافها، واستخدم الباحث إجراء مقابلة مفتوحة کأداة أساسية لجمع المعلومات، وقد توصلت الدراسة لعدد من النتائج أهمها: تحديد المعلمين ومستوياتهم المعرفية والمهارات التي يجب أن يمتلکونها وتحديد اتجاهاتهم التدريبية، مراعاة الفروق الفردية بين المعلمين، الاستعانة بکفاءات علمية متخصصة في مجال التنمية المهنية لإثراء التدريبات وتجويدها، استحداث قاعات متطورة تواکب تطوير المناهج المستحدثة، تصميم برامج التنمية المهنية في ضوء الاحتياجات الفعلية لمعلمي المعاهد الأزهرية ورؤية مصر 2030.
The current study aims to shed light on the requirements of the professional development of al-Azhar institutes` teachers in light of Egypt's vision 2030, by getting to know its methods, objectives, obstacles and problems, and features of Egypt's sustainable development orientation "Egypt Vision 2030", the mechanisms needed to develop the professional development system for al-Azhar institutes` teachers in light of Egypt's vision 2030.
The current study used the descriptive approach to suit the nature of the study and its objectives, the researcher used an open interview as his essential tool for collecting information, the study has reached a number of results, the most important ones are: Identifying teachers, their cognitive levels, the skills they should have and determining their training trends, taking into account individual differences between teachers, use specialized scientific competencies in the field of professional development to enrich and recruit trainings, the development of sophisticated halls to keep pace with the development of the new curriculum, designing professional development programs in light of the actual needs of al-Azhar institutes` teachers and Vision Egypt 2030.
